The user of the technique have to grasp the opponent's left hand tightly with his right hand, then he must grab the opponent's face with his left hand. Then the technique user have to take the opponent to the ground and begin to crush his face by pressing against the ground.

In fact, the Von Erich moniker comes from Fritz's stage name, when he first wrestled as fictional Nazi heel. It was the elder Von Erich who popularized the family's signature move: the Iron Claw, where a wrestler grips his opponent's face and squeezes with all five fingers.

What happened to Zac Efron?

Efron revealed that the changes to his face were due to a 2013 injury he sustained after slipping over in his home and smacking his chin against the edge of a fountain. He passed out and woke up to his 'chin bone hanging off' his face. The severe incident left his jaw completley shattered.
